  • Clear images or unboxing video are provided as proof

⚠️ Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address or phone number provided by the customer

  • Minor color or design variations (due to lighting or screen differences)

  • Used, washed, or tampered products


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless damaged or incorrect):

  • Personal care & beauty products

  • Innerwear or hygiene-related items

  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page


3. Replacement Policy

If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Replacement products are shipped after verification

  • Delivery timelines for replacements may vary


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after verification of the issue.

Refund method:

  • Original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet)

  • For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI

Refund timeline:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Bank credit time may vary depending on your bank


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

  • COD orders refused at delivery may result in future COD restrictions
